The Joys of Winter
I cannot help but to comment on the wonderful snowy weather we have in good 'ol Kittanning right now. The storms we had this week are so appropriate, considering one year ago the same winter wonderland filled the area. This year we remember last year as we ran around with our heads spinning, going to the funeral home, creating memory cards and making entirely too many decisions after our baby boy passed away. All in the biggest snow storm of the year. And so it happens again this year as we remember. So appropriate.
This week of this year we had a new adventure which brought us to Magee Women's Hospital through 5 inches of snow. Thankfully, mommy and baby are fine and are probably just a tad bit stressed from the last couple of months. But while we were there, we had another quick ultrasound, and since it took us a lllloooooooonnnnnnnnggggggg time to get there through all of the snow, the tech decided to do a 3D ultrasound of the little one. Her picture is above. She is almost 26 weeks old in that picture and already as sweet as can be.
