"Walk on Water" by Michael Ruhlman is an in-depth look into the Pediatric ICU at Children's Hospital in Cleveland, OH.  It specifically deals with cardiac surgeons and patients.  I have read 3 chapters and I am just amazed at the specifics that are spelled out in the day to day job of the surgeons.  I feel like it's the perfect description of our days at Children's.  It's definitely an emotionally tough read, but in a weird way it's comforting too since we lived 14 1/2 weeks in a hospital and now someone has put into words what it was like.  I am anxious to keep reading...
